We've stayed here a few times before, but always on the 3rd floor, this time they put us on the 1st floor, the room was full of ants, especially by the trash and in the bathroom! My husband and I didn't even notice it until later in our stay. Disgusting.

I like the obvious attempt to make the facility clean and inviting. Parking was fine. A lot needs to be done to highlight the entrance to the property from 10th Ave. At night the entrance is invisible.
Breakfast was delightful. The staff tried very hard to be helpful. I regret that I did not leave a big enough tip.
Negatives:
I have had problems with Direct TV in the past, and my experience at the motel was no different.
The remote was purposefully designed to make watching TV a miserable experience. In my past experience I immediately rejected Direct TV (for the same problem) and went back to Spectrum. I truly believe that Comfort Inn should do the same. For this reason and this reason alone, I will not be a customer of Comfort Inn.
P.S. The toilet paper was incredibly harsh to use. It should be used on wood, not the human skin.
