The floor was literally covered in dog hair. We rented this place cause it had a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi was drained and having repairs- on a Saturday night. No offer of reimbursement when we left to go to another hotel down the road w/ working jacuzzi

The first room I had the bathroom was dirty so I was able to change rooms. The sink in the new room was dirty.

Staff super friendly and the bed was comfy!

I like the obvious attempt to make the facility clean and inviting. Parking was fine. A lot needs to be done to highlight the entrance to the property from 10th Ave. At night the entrance is invisible. Breakfast was delightful. The staff tried very hard to be helpful. I regret that I did not leave a big enough tip.
Negatives:
I have had problems with Direct TV in the past, and my experience at the motel was no different. The remote was purposefully designed to make watching TV a miserable experience. In my past experience I immediately rejected Direct TV (for the same problem) and went back to Spectrum. I truly believe that Comfort Inn should do the same. For this reason and this reason alone, I will not be a customer of Comfort Inn. P.S. The toilet paper was incredibly harsh to use. It should be used on wood, not the human skin.
