Negatives:
There is a huge problem with the housekeeping staff. The toilet was broken (with feces in toilet).
The shower was stained and had not been washed - had soap and dirt film. They no longer offer free bottled water. The staff is unpleasant and complained about the housekeeping staff.
I had to get 3 rooms when checking in.

Positives:
The desk clerk was friendly upon check in. The bathroom and room were clean. Nice clean fridge and coffee maker with four complimentary k pods.
Negatives:
Our room was pretty far from the entrance even though it was a handicapped room. The shower had very hot water and we were unable to find a comfortable temp. The shower didnt drain and started to flood the bathroom. Upon check out the lobby was so full with Girl Scouts selling cookies and another event going on in the attached room to the lobby. This hotel is a very large facility catering more to events than just individual travelers. Limited parking for handicapped, we ended up having to park on the other side hotel.
