Horrible place. Cockroach in room, no hot water, bar and restaurant permanently closed, pool disgusting, hot tub cold, man bleeding in the hot tub, breakfast area closed early, pool open beyond normals hours which was loud, feces in the public shower,

The hot tub which is a huge reason i chose this hotel has been closed for 5 months. The hot breakfast which is the other huge reason I chose this hotel was no longer served. Now it's all cold stuff. It really sucked.

At check in I was told they needed a card on file and there'd be no charge on my account. When I woke up in the morning, they in fact withdrew $100. It's now been 5 days and I still haven't got it back. Their hot tub is no longer and pool is ALWAYS closed.

Disappointing
Positives:
Staff was extremely rude. The hotel lost power but everywhere else in the area had power even the green mill that is attached to the hotel we found out that the hotel was running only on a generator. The room was filthy carpet was torn up leather chairs were torn furniture has what could only be explained as cloudy body fluids on them. We look picture of everything when we arrived so we would not get charged the $200 damage deposit. That we are still waiting to see if it goes back into our account. We were here for my husband's birthday it was a surprise and we had our daughter with. Never ever again would I stay at this hotel. It was embarrassing I feel like I completely let him down booking this place. Had I known what we were getting ourselves into I would have never booked at this location. We met up with our friends and the room they had was no better.it was terrible. The room was said to have amenities that it did not have. You would expect more when you book the most expensive room they have. We stayed here once before when it was under different owners and the experience was great but not any more.

They informed me my room wasn't available 30 minutes before check-in and then tried to charge me extra to allow me to stay in a different room. What a scam!

TV remote didn't work. Bathroom faucet was almost impossible to turn on. Furniture in room shows a lot of wear. Elevator made a loud bang when stopping. The whole hotel needs a makeover. Had to ring a bell for help.

Main pool was dirty. Kid pool was closed. Hot tub was closed. Unannounced, uncompensated power outage for an entire evening. Laundry machines out of service. Breakfast included no hot items and no waffles. Wi-fi didn't reach my room. Room door didn't latch properly and didn't close on its own. Exterior doors didn't latch properly or close on their own. Room bathroom faucet was broken. Room bathroom door stuck on floor. Ants in room. Mini fridge not properly mounted and hard to open.
