I can’t honestly say there was anything that was good about this hotel.
Negatives:
Very rundown, we felt unsafe. There was people with dogs walking around smoking. The room was incredibly dirty. I woke up itching all over. So I took off the sheets to discover multiple stains of WHO knows What? All over the dirty mattress!
I went into the bathroom to shower and cut my foot on the broken floor tiles on the bathroom floor, right next to the tub/shower.
I told the front desk about all this. They told me there manger was gone and they didn’t know when they would be back? I asked who it was. There was 3 different businesses cards on the counter. He said sure any of those…. As to just blow me off.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! We came from 3 hours away so I had No Idea it was going to be this Horrible!
I definitely very much regret trying to save money on accommodations.

One of the DIRTIEST HOTELS...
Positives:
Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for what we needed.
Negatives:
There was an overwhelming marijuana smell in the building and seemed to permeate our room at times. The outside door would not close properly unless you pulled the door shut tightly, therefore making the facility less secure. The hot tub was out of order, and it sounds like it has been for quite some time. Common areas and rest rooms were quite run down with a lot of chipped and chipping paint. There was no continental breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday.

There were a large group of people with a wide range in ages that were not supervising their kids and running in halls yelling and pounding on doors and setting off fire alarms until approx 1am - after several attempts to report to staff they failed to take care of the issue until then unfortunately.
Bed was older and not the most comfortable and furniture and fixtures were old curtains and bed skirts appear to not have been washed in quite a while walls somewhat dirty ….however for the price was good and i have stayed in much worse and there is a nice pool, restaurant connected (no discount however) and a theater attached to the hotel.

Positives:
I didn’t like the fact that the watch you like a hawk at breakfast and only to serve waffles on Sunday they need to put that in memo too much chlorine in the pool to where it faded the kids clothes and burn their eyes. The facility is way different. It’s like a slum hotel. That’s charging so much now I had a way horrible experience here. Never experienced that before booking here had booked their plenty of times before my last time ever going there they have people in the hallway, harassing people, asking for money, asking if they can open the door. It was just an overall bed experience I would never book at the Ramada Plymouth ever again.

At check in I was told they needed a card on file and there'd be no charge on my account. When I woke up in the morning, they in fact withdrew $100. It's now been 5 days and I still haven't got it back. Their hot tub is no longer and pool is ALWAYS closed.
