The Hotel is not responding to the massages before arriving, they are not cleaning the room in daily bases and they said you have to inform us in advance if you want !!!! and when we inform them they didn’t as well . I rose complaint for the front desk and they said that I have to fill the form to get the room clean!! Strange

Over all a great place...
Positives:
I was there to make a presentation at Mayo. Given that it was a work trip, I had little time to think about the finer details of a hotel stay. That said, this was a really nice and comfortable hotel, and for the money, it may rank as the best value for money I've had with a hotel in ten years.
Negatives:
Nothing, other than the fact that it was Rochester in the winter, which isn't the hotel's fault!
