Beware not to be overcharged!! They put several changes on multiple cards of mine and ended up changing be a parking fee although I had told them at check-in that I was not traveling with a vehicle. They refused to refund this fee.
Room is noisy, especially AC/ heating.

we picked this location because they said they had a bar / restaurant when we checked in a noticed the bar area was dark and they said they didn't have it staffed that weekend, so there was NO bar / restaurant. We were also told there was no housekeeping staff on for the weekend so the front desk could get us anything if we needed it but we saw housekeeping while we were there.

The provided breakfast was good. Our room was clean. People were friendly.
Negatives:
Parking was full (had to park on the street one night because there was no room in the deck). The halls were narrow and the cleaning crew was loud (music playing loudly) when I thought other patrons could be sleeping.
