Beds were very comfortable. Maids were very nice. So were the front desk people
Negatives:
I wanted to shower my kids, the showers handle fell off so we couldn't shower in our room, front desk guy gave us another room. Put my kids in that bath tub, the water was not draining so I had to go back to front desk, they gave us another room, where the bathroom door didn't lock. Breakfast lady was super nice 1st morning, next morning she was rude. I had 4 kids so I wanted to put two small tables together so I could feed them and she yelled from across the room not to put tables together (where everyone turned their heads to look) so I couldn't sit at a different table with out my kids so I was standing next to them while they were eating... I got to eat much later then my family did. Went to do laundry, when I was pulling the laundry out of the washer, the water was dripping off my laundry. So the washing machine was broken too. We found random tiny toys all over the floor and under the bed in our room when we got there. I've stayed in hotels so many times. But it was never this bad. Definitely not staying there again

I didn't like the hotel when I went to check in the employee working at the front desk was smoking Marijuana the whole place smelled like Marijuana. The was no ice in the ice machine there was no blow dryer.

Beth the manager was great and kind.
Negatives:
The guys working front desk were rude and the shuttle was not in working condition they rudely told me to take an uber. I had apt at the Mayo Clinic. I'm not going back.

Our room smelled like smoke and the hotel claims to be smoke free. There was stuff all over the wall by the bed not sure what the substance was-gross

Positives:
The woman who was in charge of the breakfast was awesome!! I did not get her name but she was friendly and chatty and very helpful. The front desk people were the same two men for both days we were there and they were knowledgeable and helpful as well.
Negatives:
The room was not extremely clean but clean enough. The major items were taken care of like the sheets and towels but there were small, noticeable things such as spills on the walls and the shower tiles having some funk on them. The coffee maker was pretty dusty and had some standing water in it.

Nice, clean, and loved the pool, just seemed a bit empty.
Negatives:
Pool was closed, we had no hot water, only received two towels for a room of 7 people. The pull out couch had no bedding. Staff was never around to assist us. Only one TV in our room worked.
