They were quick to remove the snow after the storm made it easy to get out

I loved the fireplace and jacuzzi in my room.

We rented the jacuzzi suite. The water was not hot enough to sit in the jacuzzi. The fridge was turned way down so it defrosted and had water all. We didn't have toilet paper or washcloths. The fireplace didn't work. The lampshade fell off and not replace

Hotel employee at the front desk and woman at front desk were friendly and helpful but there was another manager at front desk who was crabby - not friendly at all

The rooms were newly renovated and very attractive but the wall art was weird. Also plumbing and heating were still old and had issues.

Comfortable bed. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but they need more variety to pick from.

The room was nice but they have handicap rooms at the end of hallway. It's easy to park close to the door to get in and to the room. But then you walk two hallways to get to breakfast or pool.

Our bed had hair, needed to be changed. Toilet keep clogging, so had to have it plunged multiple times. Pool was dirty. Book in room said pool was open till 12 am for adults but at 11pm staff came and made us get out of pool.

Staff at front desk was kinda rude, especially at check out.. He didn't great us or say thank you or give any helpful information. Also he tried to charge us 3x! The breakfast room is the smallest I've ever seen and food was terrible. So bad we couldn't even finish it. Needless to say we had to get breakfast elsewhere.
