When I first arrived was given the keys to the wrong room. Then a room right by the elevators like I asked not to have. In room 214. The bathroom ceiling is falling down. The outlets were outdated. One USB outlet in the room. and mismatching beds.

As advertised, I would have liked the amenities provided and locat I on, but it was nothing like the description provided.

Room was missing several items, had to be switched to a new room, was never provided with where to find wifi password, require guests to enter through back door after a certain hour, but no lights in that parking lot & in what feels like an unsafe area

It was right across the street from the hockey rink so super convenient location if you have a tournament a the Woog Arena. The hotel was a little run down but cant beat the price! Staff was super friendly and accommodating

There was a hot tub and sauna at one point but no longer functioning. The pool was heated though. The lobby was freezing!

Parking lot was dark, pillows were hard not comfortable. There was an event in the banquet hall right outside our room and the noise level was loud up until like 9 or 10 PM. Guests arguing around 11 PM-2 AM and nothing was done. Was not a good experience.

When the front desk guy called to ask if I was extending, I apologized for not checking out exactly at 11 and we were leaving. And he just rudly hung up on me
