Negatives: Whole motel smelled like marijuana all the time

Negatives: Shady location, pool & hot tub closed, staff was lazy and not helpful, bedding was dirty at check-in, people loitering in & around building.

Negatives: Our room was absolutely filthy, we pulled back the covers to get in bed and the bed was full of animal fur, cigarette burns, & stains. The mini fridge was loud, dirt/urine soaked walls in the bathroom. Crackheads banging on doors & windows at 5:45am

Negatives: Paying for a closed pool and a very mediocre breakfast... mostly junk food, no fruit,no hard boiled eggs. nothing for choices and not refilled....the early birds seem to take alot and if you sleep in a bit, you hardly get any breakfast....feel penalize

Negatives: I had to ask for clean towels on the 2 night. After that I just hung them up to dry, I was there for a total of 4 nights.

Negatives: The main owner or manager was very rude very rasisit against people with color including to myself and my daughter’s, and wanted to charge me 10$ per day for my cat, was also very inappropriate about breakfast items especially after I’ve paid out 900$ worth hotel fees, which I was quoted a weekly rate of 458 per week to stay not a monthly rate or any sympathy on my reasons of being there even after being called from Benton county with an reasonable explanation, I work 7 days on and 7 days off 10 shifts as she was told along with staff, I sleep during the day and my oldest daughter stays at night to watch my 10 yr old , 6 roaches we killed, along with someone entering my room when not needed and I only most definitely know because my clothes where place in a drawer when I return, her steading watching us on the camera monitoring every move my children and I which are Bye Rachel and I am Cherokee Indian I felt very racially profiled from her and so did some other African-American men that came in there to rent a room and she screamed at them and told them to leave come back at three he said but we’re willing to pay now Once again they were strongly with her tone of voice told to leave once again they asked if they could charge the phone real quick she screamed at them again right in front of me but when the white lady and her white son came to the front and complained about cigarette smoke which there is cigarette smoking in certain areas of the hotel she cater to that lady immediately, I felt the shame that those two young gentleman had to fill by trying to embarrass them in front of me there was no reason whatsoever called for that there was also another man that had two bags backpacks to be specific asking how much is a room and are there any available the front clerk person at the desk looked at him carrying his backpacks and told him no there’s no availabilities at all there were six vehicles out in the parking lot this is a large size hotel room I am never...
