Didn't have a gift shop for personal hygiene products, but they where willing to supply us with anything that they had around.

Clean, great location, staff very professional, and of course Hotel employee!! She helped with the continental breakfast. She was so kind, funny, and seemed like she loved her job!!

It was too hot in the room, and I couldn't turn the heat down.

The staff was wonderful. Being there on Christmas presented challenges. The evening desk woman was very accommodating and kind. The morning breakfast person was very friendly. As was the morning desk clerk.

This hotel is great for concerts at the xcel. The shuttle service is a big plus. The breakfast is always good. The bar is open when you get back from the show

At breakfast the juice machine should be located by the milk machine and be self service. The attendant could not keep up with serving both coffee and juice

Location and shuttle offered to event location. Bad: Had to wait long time for shuttle driver and he did not pickup where he told everyone to be at!!! Frustrating

The breakfast staff was ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!She would yell at people if they touched the coffee/soda/water dispensers! When she brought drinks around I asked for coffee, sugar and cream. She stated, "you don't need sugar your gonna have heartache! RUDE!!!!!!
