I stayed in two different rooms. In both cases, the room were too warm. the AC was limited on the controller to the temp it could go down to and the temp felt a few degrees warmer than it said.

The hot tub and pool were great to have. Rooms were fairly clean and the location perfect for my work.
Negatives:
One of my pillows seemed a bit dirty. Checking in late at night, the receptionist said I wasn't able to check in due to a problem with booking.com and their hotel having different rates. That seems to be a hotel problem not a guest problem. If it were me, I would have checked me in and dealt with the issue with a manager in the morning. Instead, I had to pay for an additional room and then get things figured out the next day. It was not what I wanted after a long day of travel.

Our room was uncomfortably hot (at least 75) and we could not turn down the thermostat below 68 F. Staff tried to help and got us a fan. Parking was 1.5 blocks away. They gave our reservation to someone else with the same name, but was not a problem.. just a little weird.

Rooms were pretty clean. Breakfast was normal.
Negatives:
"Excess/overfill" Parking lot was further away. Undisclosed Fee for "transport" to and from the farther parking lot. They should tell you that they charge you extra.... Still had to walk a few times because "there weren't enough workers." Some of the lights didn't work in the room and not enough outlets. Wifi was also spotty and not the fastest.
