Pool area for kids was great && breakfast was excellent. The evening staff did a wonderful job to make sure my experience was better than when I arrived.
Negatives:
The lady that checked me in did not seem like she wanted me to checking. Not sure what the problem was but I did not get the information I know I was supposed to receive as far as where the pool was located , where the parking lot was and where breakfast would be sold. She also didn’t do much to find my Marriot Bonvoy account. Her customer services skill were not welcoming and she made me uncomfortable.

We traveled to St Paul for the Montreal-Minnesota PWHL game amid a winter snowstorm. We arrived early, and Kristy at the front desk went above and beyond to help and make us feel welcome! She helped us with pool time, an early check-in, and directions to the arena. She also gave us personalized recommendations for spending time in St. Paul and helped us when we needed to extend our stay. Staying at SpringHill was seamless and a highlight of our trip. Location, room comfort, and breakfast were all excellent, but honestly - it was Kristy at the front desk who really made the difference. Thank you!

There was a mistake in my booking. I made the reservation by phone and something went wrong. I paid for the reservation and when I arrived they asked for payment again!!!! Well I found out that that payment went through to booking.com which I never use. Am now in the process of getting this all settled with the one who made this mistake
