Positives:
Breakfast was fine but I would have liked to have strawberry jam,peanut butter and honey available for toast. These are what kids love the most.
Negatives:
Our TV didn't work despite two different employees trying to fix. This was frustrating and made for some long nights.
It seems that the front receptionist is expected to do it all;an impossible task. Someone from housekeeping should be checking the pool area and restocking towels.
On a positive note, they have a great pool and hot tub area. Very clean and pleasant.
