HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The ugly dark carpet hides the stains.
There was plenty of room in the parking lot since all the other people seem to know to go elsewhere

Dirty and unsanitary rooms, especially the bathrooms.... horrible plumbing, the water doesn't drain so by the time you are done washing your hands the sink is full.... a few minutes in the shower and your ankle deep in water.... fixtures are crooked and held on with silicone, Superficial only cleaning everywhere, no concept of deep cleaning anywhere. The corrosion and crap that came out of the tub jets show they have no idea which cleaner to use or how to clean them out.... or they just don't care. Which tracks with the half-assed repairs that we see everywhere.... nothing but "cheap lipstick on a pig."
Cobwebs are everywhere, nasty/fuzzy ventilation vent covers, non-smoking room looked like it had been smoked in from the yellow stains and the appearance of cigarette burns in the bathroom
Dark and dismal place, poor lighting
Unruly children running through the halls, dogs barking and jumping out windows, security door was bypassed by the lookout for the drug deal going on in the parking lot... but hey they held it open for me to carry my bags through after they made sure to ask me if I was a cop....
The weirdest thing was our interaction with the staff.... the supposed manager talking his way into our room to "document" some of issues to address with housekeeping by taking pictures.... who then proceeded to not take a single picture but instead argue that he "knew for a fact" that the sheets got changed despite them being wrinkled and having hairs in them. He did begrudgingly provide us different sheets so that we could change them ourselves.
The nice waitress at the local restaurant told us all the locals know the place to be no good and steered us to someplace else that was nice.
We got ripped off! No allowance were made or offered.... their cancelation fee is the same as your booking price so no refunds....!! Once they have your credit card number.... I guess you're paying no matter what.

This place is really wonderful. Pleasant staff, great room, incredibly comfortable bed, the pool was perfect. Great temperature, not too cold. Could have swam and relaxed longer. The in-room spa tub was great. Bathroom had great toiletries. We will be back. Thank you staff!

The breakfast and the situation around it were the problem. We were at this hotel for the 3rd year in a row, for a sports tournament. It's been great the last 2 so we came back. We won't be back. My family and I went to the breakfast room at 8:00am. Breakfast is supposedly served from 6-10. 1) the food was almost gone, but the staff was not making more. The kitchen was a mess and the utensils were gone. I was looking for them when the woman came in and asked what I needed. She scrapped the eggs and walked away. She did not acknowledge they were gone or make more. I asked, but she ignored me. It was VERY obvious she had no desire to deal with breakfast. There were biscuits and gravy, but all the biscuits were cold and there was no way to heat them up. It was disgusting. There was a large family who was letting their kids run and scream all over - the staff did nothing about it.

The noise is unreal. At 1:30 am, there were people running up and down the hall and slamming multiple doors. I couldn't believe it. No staff intervention. Nothing. So disturbing to guests.
