The room wasn’t ready until after 5:00pm Supposed to be ready at 3:00pm. We arrived at hotel at 3:30pm. Had to go elsewhere for an hour and a half. When we got back to the hotel I was told at front desk they won’t yet be ready for another half hour. I said we need rooms to get ready for an event. He gave us two rooms, but there was a sign on our room door saying, do not enter deodorizing.” There was a little machine working in the room to, “Get the bad smell out of it.”

The breakfast was great. Better than other hotels I have been to. The cork area around the pool to prevent slipping was awesome! Huge pool and hot tub.

Next to train tracks. Very loud. Reserved a room with two beds on main floor. The information that they received was for one bed. They switched the room with someone else as they were fully booked but ended up on second floor with no elevator.
