The staff was very friendly and tried to be accommodating.

Computer systems were down. Had been going on for 2 days already. No internet. No receipts. No billing to room.
Road construction around hotel. No signage to tell guest how to get there. Arrived at night and was confusing and dangerous driving through construction zone.
Obviously having a hard time getting or retaining staff. One waiter in restaurant at night. Was his 1st night according to bartender. One person in kitchen - thus food took almost an hour for some Appetizers. Out of food items and staff apologized but said shortages were much better than they had been.
Sorry to say because we have stayed here a few times in past but all in all we felt like this was a hotel trending toward closing or downgrading to less service brand.
Again I commend the staff - especially the server at breakfast and the bartender in evening. Very friendly and they really tried to accommodate for the problems.

They have the most unprofessional stuff. I got their late and the old man at the counter was quick to tell me I had no reservation. In the morning the new guy at the counter was also quick to tell me that my payment did not come with breakfast.
