We stayed here for Ole Miss move-in as the rates in Oxford were crazy high. Found the location ideal, with just a short drive to Oxford and a Walmart and Lowes within three minutes of the property. Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
It's a bit off the beaten path so dining options are limited. Also, the parking lot lights shined directly into our room (think the Seinfeld Kenny Rogers Roasters episode)

Stains all over the carpet in my room. Walking my pet around the perimeter was not pleasant. Glass and debris everywhere. Property is in need of a good clean up, landscaping and lawn is filled with debris and trash.
