Room 105 had alot of pubic hair around the bathtub/Toilet area. Found several strands of hair on the sheets under the bed covers. The left bedside had a broken outlet, couldn't use the lamp, even the lamp had a broken outlet. The outlet by the bathroom sink looked burned and unsafe. The cold water on the faucet for the sink did not work and had to use the tub faucet to wash my hands and brush my teeth. The sink faucet was extremely hot to use for the basics. My wife and I traveled to Monroe to pick up a trailer and wanted to stop in to rest for the night. Is it possible that you can refund my stay please.
