Pretty much everything, the bathtub was clogged the water was Brown and there were a lot of sketchy people there. I had to sleep with the chair pushed up against the door to feel safe

We waited 25+ minutes to check -in because front door was locked and desk clerk was nowhere to be found. No continental breakfast. Room was not mopped security lock was broke. No towels in room. Door didnt shut had a bad draft coming in and was cold.

tv did not work. only one towel for 2 peple, no wash cloths, a/c did not work, only 1 sheet on the bed, clerk denied having reservation even though i showed proof, t paid when i showed e-mail saying i was, had to pay again, will not stay again

There were not any towels until after 4 pm. In the advertisement on the internet it says continental breakfast there was not any. There was some kind of dust on the floor like remodeling dirt.

NOTHING. I want my money refunded because of false advertising. This should not happen to weary travelers and to a husband with difficulty walking because he is in treatment for cancer. We are both in our 80s and this is false advertising.

We should have our money refunded because it was falsely advertised. There were no top sheets, no blankets, no towels. Had to go down stairs (no elevator) to get sheets, blankets and towels. No breakfast and no pool as advertised. I want my money refund.

Cleanliness . The chairs were so dirty. It was so dirty around the outside of the rooms. The bedding was thin and terrible .
