. No ice available in the entire place. There was a high pitched alarm that went off every time a patron exited or entered the building. Barely able to tolerate the noise while registering. The breakfast area and staff subjected to this awful noise.

The majority of the room was good. It was clean. Had a walk in shower that I like instead of a tub. The breakfast was good. It is so nice to have breakfast again after traveling in the covid years.

The mattress was not good. My wife and I had a king size bed and we rolled to the middle of the bed all night.

I booked a 2 bed room. I was texted that I would have something comparable. I texted back I had to have 2 beds. I received a text back that I would have 2 beds. We checked in w/o going to the room because of work we had in Grenada. We came in late and had 1bed. One party had to sleep in the floor! VERY UNHAPPY! Will NOT stay here again due to the false statements from your staff!!!!
