It was quiet, bedding was comfy, water pressure was good, no evidence of bedbugs.

Location and the breakfast. Staff were very nice.
Negatives:
Stayed 8 nights and the one day the staff came to clean our room they took our old towels, hand towels and wash cloths. They left us with only 2 full size towels and a bath matt. Went to the front desk and they did not have any wash cloths or hand towels.

The view of the pool was ok. The check in staff was very courteous and very knowledgeable about her job. The lobby and breakfast area seemed to be clean.
Negatives:
The bathroom was not clean. The floor was not clean and the bathtub had a ring in it. I had to take the towels and clean the floor and tub before we used them. One of the pillowcases on the pillow had mildew stains all over it. Not just in one spot, but all over the pillow. The room attendant could not have missed it. I called the front desk and reported it. I went to the lobby to get some clean towels from where I had to clean the bathroom floor and tub, the evening staff was not friendly at all.

They charged me a 100 dollar deposit when checking in in case something came up missing. When I checked out in the next morning they said I stole a hair dryer when my wife has her own
