Negatives: It looked like they tried to renovate but took the extremely challenging low cost approach

Negatives: I didn’t know they was gonna hold out 50 dollars per room I booked that should’ve been said on the booking Towel where dingy but other then that it was a nice stay

Negatives: My reservation was canceled without any previous notice until I drove the 5 hours to the hotel. Once there the clerk told me the reservation was canceled (keep in mind this is at 1am and no where else is opened or has rooms. I asked if my room is still available to which he says yes, but instead of the 77 dollars I reserved it for, it now costs 140 dollars. Double that which I reserved the same room for which is still vacant. I was forced to pay this amount and an additional 30 dollar deposit. I love booking.com but this experience so shook me that I don’t know if I’ll use it again. An absolutely horrible start to my trip. I would like to speak to someone to refund my money back to the 77 dolars I was promised to pay.
