Negatives: I asked for smoking rooms they didn't have but site said they did I wouldn't booked it if there wasn't any. The TV didn't work. No tissue in room. The site said breakfast there wasn't any I had kids with me we had to go buy breakfast for the whole site nothing was true about it it needs to be took down the worker just sat around an play cards all day with bonnet in two boy run around the hotel all day like they live there never again

Negatives: Clean it up ,better services

Negatives: It was filthy. Wasn’t bc of renovations, the rooms were completely disgusting. They had not been cleaned. Only spot clean. Hairs everywhere. Disgusting. Night staff was really nice. At check out, staff was completely rude and doubled charged me.

Negatives: The overnight front desk girl with the dreads was very rude and disrespectful . Very conformational

Negatives: The laundry room and gym wasn't included, and we didn't know they were remodeling, so we couldn't clean our clothes and work out but still paid full price

Negatives: Room was visibly dirty when we arrived but we arrived at 1am after a 12 hour drive so dealt with it. On the last day, I noticed a huge dead roach by the second bed. The bathroom ceiling is visibly falling apart and they put a partition over it but debris still fell down. The key card also didn't work for a side door. When we told the staff about it, they just said oh that's how it is, lol.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: It was dirty. The first room we were in the toilet didn’t work and there were no sheets on the bed. So we were put in another room. We reserved our room a week ahead of time but upon arriving our room was no longer available because even if you reserve a room it’s “first come first serve”. Which is ridiculous. The entire hotel was musty. Just an all around bad experience.

Negatives: My husband usually book with his Marriott account. This time I booked through booking because it was last minute and we just was stopping through. I did not get the room I purchased and was told I didn’t book the correct room. However the room says double room with a double bed. I was given a double bed only. It did not have a couch or anything in the room as was stated in the description. I’ve stayed before in the exact room I book so the staff assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about. I also inquired about late check out and the staff said late check out is 12pm however that is the normal checkout time. I am aware that this is up to the property so I didn’t make a big deal I just said ok. My child was waken up by house keeping at 9am then again around 10am beating on the door so we just left because it was unpleasant and wasn’t going to be able to get the proper rest I paid for anyways.

Negatives: Dirty, dated, smelt terrible. Moldy bathroom, leaking faucet, trash on floor at arrival
