Booked 2 non smoking rooms, both smelled SO bad that we changed rooms (staff was friendly and helpful, gave us new rooms!) Carpet was sticky and came off, floor was uneven, in order to get to an outlet we had to move the night stand under which there were old empty beer cans, God knows how long the trash was lying there, obviously the rooms only get cleaned very little and mostly just the visible parts. Water didn't get warm in one of our rooms, AC was very loud. Fridge was so loud, we unplugged it over night. When we booked it, it said breakfast included, but there was non, we had to buy something ourselves.
Guy behind us at the check in told us that the police shows up regularly because it's a high crime rate are with lots of drugs etc. We didn't feel safe at all and didn't really sleep because of noises, sirens, loud people in the next room... it was cheap though, but consider paying a little more in a better place, it's worth it.

My wife was having surgery ankle replacement. We needed a place close to the hospital so we didn't have to get up early and travel 1 1/2 there and wait then drive back.

Clean. Full kitchen but bring your own stuff.

No extra TP and very little on the roll in the bathroom.
Biggy I didn't like is having to pay $100 security deposit. There were things like stains on the counters and missing lightbulb. I mentioned this to the front desk and wss told to take pictures. Not happy with this attitude.
