The Room was not clean, it was full of dust near the ironing board area and also thick on the bedside cabinet & base of the lamp, headboard, tv & Tv stand. Some places you could see they had attempted to wipe it but had made it worse as there were big streak marks. The breakfast was terrible, there was no hot water twice I had to ask so I could have a cup of tea, there was no one else at breakfast!? They were not bothered there was nothing out, there was 1 yoghurt, 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 bottle of milk in the fridge and 1 bagel left. The eggs had run out and were not replaced. I had to constantly ask for more things in the end they got fed up and left the breakfast area I had to ask the receptionist. Dont advertise you have breakfast if you dont want to stock it, I wish I would have stayed somewhere else.
