When arriving the parking felt unsafe - the area was not well lit and people on the corner standing around. As we entered the lobby there was a weird odor. The guy behind the check in desk was not dressed professionally and was sitting behind glass

Room dirty and very worn out. Broken fixtures in bathroom.

The location...close to the freeway. The bed was comfortable.

The front desk girls were not friendly at all. The carpet was dirty. We had no top sheet on our bed, just the comforter with a sheet on top. The side door by the stairs was propped open with a rock which we removed 3 times...terrible security!!

Front Desk Associate was very sweet.

Supervisor was very rude and unprofessional.

This hotel was dirty everywhere. The entire place needed to be cleaned. The customer service was the worst Ive ever had. All the direct employees seemed to hate their job and were annoyed by any questions.
Positives:
The room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient and easy to find. They offer plenty of parking. The onsite pantry shop is great for people who don't wish to travel to a grocery store.
Negatives:
Most of the stay was enjoyable. The only issue I had was the morning front desk clerk is not very attentive. She wouldn't even get out of her chair to get me a bar of soap. Thankfully, the afternoon clerk believes in customer service.
