The lobby was cute.

The young lady working the front desk on Friday night was extremely rude. She asked for a credit card for incidentals, but charged my card for the entire weekend. I told her I already paid through booking.com, she argued saying I did not. I showed her my emails/receipts and she still argued saying sorry I have no way of knowing your card was actually charged. I went into my bank account, showed the deduction and she said well I cannot refund you, the night workers will have to take care of that when they close out. It is not Sunday evening and I have no refund. I went back to the lobby Friday night after dinner, the young man working with her was very helpful! He noted the account that I was double billed and call Monday if there was no refund over the weekend. The room was disgusting! Holes in the wall, sheet wasn’t on the mattress, asked for bedding for sleeper sofa and they brought two sheets and four pillow cases. No blanket, no pillows. Called back and they brought two pillows. Bathtub didn’t drain, toilet didn’t flush without lifting the lid on the back of the toilet. We paid over $3,000 for the place for two nights and it was hands down the worst hotel ever!!!
