we were sent to a room that had someone in it lucky they were gone for the moment so we didnt get hurt.room numbers cant be read unless you get out walk the sidewalk,We had coffee packets in the room but"no coffee pot"the lobby is keptlocked,no breakfast

The room met expectations, it was just fine. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was ok. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. Nothing was better than expected, nor was it worse.
Negatives:
All of their advertised services are closed. No breakfast, no gym, no pool. They of course say they are all available during booking, though.

It was labeled non smoking but the smell of smoke was immediate on entering. Burn holes in loveseat & marks on the tub. Dead roach next to the bed. Sheets still damp on bed

Wifi sucked and didn't work. pool was nasty .they didn't have breakfast. My room was nasty had roaches and carpet was down right filthy hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time staff was extremely rude we got a non smoking room and my husband was literally outside smoking and the guy who checked us in walked by and said no smoking in room i charge you $250 when he wasnt in the room he was outside of room he was standing like 4 feet from doorway we had door open and I was sitting on bed and my husband was talking to me from outside room while smoking we ended up checking out early the day after we checked in

Negatives:
paid extra for breakfast, didnt even have any because it was closed. coffee maker doesnt work. lamp has weird extra wiring, that can cost a fire hazard. alarm clock doesnt work. tiny bathroom. towels had stains on them, need clean towels.
