I met an unwelcome crawling visitor in the bathroom (this is one of those expected/hope not to see occurrences) where there is food you will find undesirables. The hot water went out during the last few days of my stay (it took me back to my days growing up in the Caribbean - we improvised and made our hot water!)
My biggest complaint is the waste of food. I watched staff toss good food and I asked if there was a homeless shelter, fire station, Salvation Army any social services in the area that could use the food donations. As a community activist, I strongly encourage engaging your Corporate Responsibility Team to look for ways to give back to the community.
