This is a 1 star motel. It is dirty, and you can see where maintenance is needed all over the place. The pool and hot tub are out of order. Even with a confirmation number you may not actually have a room, as their policy is to overbook. Stay elsewhere!

The hotel is physically dirty and in dire need of a deep cleaning. There is also quite a big chance that they'll accept your reservation, but not actually have a room available when you arrive and tell you "too bad...stay somewhere else."

Got to the hotel only to find the hotel had no rooms available even though we made a reservation, had to go to another hotel at 8pm after traveling for 10 hours and payover 240 for a room only one left in town

Negatives:
The long length mirror fell off of the wall during the middle of the night, making a loud crashing sound. I made a report at the front desk and also took photos on my phone's camera of the fallen mirror.

The receptionist was VERY rude, inconsiderate and empathetic. I asked to speak with a manager and she yelled she aint here! I called prior to my 6hr drive from TX for my fathers funeral and was told I could check in early. I arrived at 8:45am. I was informed I couldnt check in until 2 because of a big football game. I had to find my family somewhere to change clothes for the funeral.

There was a towel in bathroom floor when you entered the room. Electrical plugs that would keep your electronics plugged in to where they could charge . Electrical plugs with no face plate on it. Making sure you have proper amount of utensils for all of the guest instead of running out of forks and having to watch a handicapped person eat with there fingers it is totally un called for.
