The bed very uncomfortable. Even if they got mattress toppers to put on would be better. It was very uncomfortable.

Lobby is a little cheesy, but room is fine. Breakfast isn’t huge but was fine with cereal, toast muffins, waffles or b&g. Not remarkable but good enough. Coffee was strong and good.

Difficulty checking in. No rooms were clean that matched what we paid for. We were offered a lesser room. We refused so got a suite. Smell of the place is awful. Think it's the cleaning products. TV didn't work. Got help with it but only worked momentarily. Breakfast offerings were bare minimum. All starchy stuff.

Smell of room, smell coming from heater/ac unit ( slept with window open and unit off) bathroom floor was overly dirty- used a towel to clean it, that felt better. Fridge was filthy, food smeared on shelves. Pool was closed, main reason we booked this place. They said because of heater problems but the sign on the door said closed for season.
