Cheap. Easy to get to....

Room had been about 50% remodeled. The bathroom had not been.
Negatives:
No hand soap available or given. Were told to use shower soap from shower dispenser which was empty. Room cleaning was minimal. They took trash & dirty towels & left clean towels but did not make beds, vacuum or clean bathroom floor, sink, tub. Heater at indoor pool was not working. Restroom in pool area was “out of service” the 4 day stay. Access to pool is only by stairs. Staff friendly but there was very limited staff.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the morning staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the Landing and downtown area..
Negatives:
We chose a place with a pool for the kids, but the water was unbearably cold, raising concerns about the chemical balance. The hot tub was pleasant; however, it was overcrowded with children due to the pool's low temperature.
The staff member who checked us in appeared to be frustrated and disorganized, reacting somewhat defensively when I inquired about the paperwork for one of the rooms, which she had neglected to give me, attributing the oversight to her predecessor.
