The facility is nicely appointed and the staff members were very friendly. Thank you for the cleanliness. The location is also very convenient.
Negatives:
It would be really nice to have a coffee maker in the room. This was the only thing the experience was lacking. It's uncomfortable to have to walk all the way to the front of a hotel in your pj's for your first cup of coffee or get all your regular clothes on just to get a cup of coffee.

Place was great. plenty for breakfast. location was close to Arbys using the Arbys app I ordered our dinner and walked across the street and it was ready when I got there. clerk was very accommodating when I asked for extra blankets

The TV wasn't working due to a tornado the night before. (Satellite dish was out) other than that there were no other issues.

The room was clean upon arrival. Bed was decently comfortable. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Room had a desk I could work at.
Negatives:
Front desk receptionist telling me how bad she thought Jasper County Sheriffs Office and Carthage PD is during check in after finding out I was traveling for work as a law enforcement Instructor. Housekeeping staff is not very good at cleaning during your stay. Was here for a week and asked for a little leeway on a late checkout but property refused even though my company paid $550 for me to stay here and they had very few guest. If you wanted a hot breakfast you had to make a waffle or microwave your sausage and biscuits.
