The front desk staff were very kind and always there when we went through the lobby. Offered us free waters which was very nice.

The pool was closed and we never got a real reason why. We chose this hotel for the pool and our kids were pretty disappointed. We also had some issues with very loud guests all around us. Upstairs was very loud. Which can be expected, just very annoyin

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff from the moment we arrived until we left the next morning. Plus, our room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed very comfortable. Hot breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the fresh fruit!
