The location was perfect. Right off the highway but traffic wasn't loud at all! Karen, Katie, and Todd were so so pleasant. Even my 11 year old mentioned how nice they were. They always had welcoming smiles on their faces.
Negatives:
The room didn't appear to be clean. The hair in the shower and bathroom was disgusting. There was hair on the pillows and sheets as well as stains. Housekeeping mentioned it came from the dryer not capturing it all, and that was an excuse. While making the bed that should have been caught and removed. The hairs were very long and dark. House keep can pay a little more attention when turning over the rooms. And maybe some some should check behind them to assist or just to keep them honest. I get it, it can be an overwhelming, thankless job, but it has to be done correctly.

Newer, clean and nice staff. The mall in the parking lot is closed and that sucks. The property is next to a Drury and a great steak restaurant and has an awesome parking garage.

construction, I could not use the gym. This has been going on a little long, I was there for a few weeks before and sign said it should have been completed. But overall is was a nice place
