Positives: The wifi would not work, there were dirty washcloths still in our shower, someone kept knocking on my kids door at 2am. Just was not a comfortable stay. The desk clerk also told me she would get me a discount for being members of a hospital stay and we never received it.

Positives: The lady at work the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. She seem to have had a problem with us from the first day that we checked in. She claimed that we were smoking in our room. We told her we weren’t, and we were even able to prove that we hadn’t been smoking in the room we were able to prove to her that we We weren’t smoking in the room she came up to the room on our last day, banging on the door and telling us that we had to go right now because she smelled smoke. We then proved to her again that we weren’t smoking in the room and hadn’t been smoking at all in the room. she didn’t begin yelling at me and telling me she didn’t care. She knew what the smoke smelled like, and that we were being put out as I begin to follow behind her, going down to the front desk and see if I can speak with management she began yelling talking about. Don’t walk up on me like that you’re scaring me I’m calling the police, as a man will follow you down to the front desk by BBC BBC. I don’t believe I’m walking up on you. They are trying to offend you. she continue yelling and stating how she was calling the police I said OK I allowed my fiancé to finish packing up the bags and I went out to the car.
