Bed was comfy I guess.
Negatives:
Would have been nice to know there wasnt a working pool. Rooms were dingy. Heater smelled like burning when turned on. Food was expired. Staff not friendly, barely talked. Front desk guy seemed to be stoned out of his mind.

was given the wrong room reservation was for king suite.
I was given double room. went back to the desk and showed them my reservation. was then asked did I want the suite.
I said yes thats what I paid for or a refund for the difference.
attendant told me all rooms were the same price.
I told him they were NOT. I had paid for the upgrade to a suite. was then given the suite room.
the bed had no blanket on it just sheets and a bedspread as thin as a table cloth. have stayed at a lot nicer locations for less money. no value here

The hotel is conveniently located to our family. It was clean and had basic needs. The two king beds were very nice and the beds were very soft.
Negatives:
The bathroom was very small. We have a teenage daughter with mobility limitations and it was very difficult for me to help her in the bathroom because it was very small.
