Positives: The most important part of the stay was the cleanliness of the room. It was adequately stocked, air and heating good,shower definitively designed for disabled, nice bath products. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives: The hotel sits on a hill and access to lobby is fairly steep. The breakfast doesnt offer a lot. The hot food is self- serve waffles. There is coffee and hot tea 24 hrs.

Positives: What we liked were the way we were greeted and treated by the front desk associate. Check-in was smooth and easy, and his demeanor was, in a word, gracious. He talked to us about places to eat and his personal opinions on each, and for us, that was a welcome bit of information that we hadn’t expected.
Negatives: This is a little tricky, only because we absolutely LOVED the staff! But our room had a cockroach that I had to kill. The landline phone in the room didn’t work. And finally, we had no TV remote. When I went to down to talk about these things, there was no hesitation to moving us. In fact, not only did he apologize for the experience, but the move to an upgraded room was offered without us even asking. That’s something we appreciated.
