I liked the room and the public spaces were nice.
Negatives:
The desk clerk when we checked in and out wasn't rude, but he was so business-like, he came across as uncaring. When we got there, he said we had two handicap-accessible rooms. We had no need for this accommodation. He said when we make a reservation through a third party (like AAA), we need to call the hotel to verify the type of room we wanted. We gave NEVER been told this before. He was able to get us a room that accommodated half or group, but the other half had a handicap-accessible room. That wasn't a problem fir Ys, but it could've been had someone with that need checked in.

Overall, it is a very nice property.the location is a bit out of the way, but that's isn't all bad. The rooms were clean, although we did find a leftover flash drive under the edge of the bed, apparently left by a previous guest. This makes me wonder about the attention paid to the cleaning in the rooms. The rooms were clean, of appeared to be.
Positives:
Loved the breakfast and the room.
Negatives:
It would be great it the lobby did not have a cold draft every time the door opened. Only a problem in the dead of winter.
