The walls were paper thin. We got to enjoy music, beginning at 5 AM. The mattress was rockhard. The pillows were paper thin. The bagels and English muffins were stale. One of the employees put through a fraudulent charge on my credit card.

The hotel had no hot water. They didn't tell us this at check in. It was 25 outside, besides health issues with cleaning with frigid water, no one could shower. Safety issues and health issues. This has gone on over a year per a worker there.

Hotel employee was the saving grace for this hotel. There is also a dark skinned young woman with green and black dreadlocks who worked in laundry that was most pleasant. The one manager we were able to find didn't want to own up to being manager and was unhelpful.

Lack of amenities that drew us there and the general manager approved an unclean room for us to stay when we arrived close to midnight. No microwave in room, no cleaning or maintenance regularly done and there is NO breakfast! Will not return again.

There's nothing to really like except it was in a good location closer to KU medical. I'm sorry for being upfront, but the hotel needs upgrading and renovations.

I had a negative experience and I rather not say, but I hope the management would heed the feedback of other former guests so improvements could be made sooner than later...especially consider including a laundry room in your facility please.

They charged me $50 for my pet in addition to $100 deposit. The place was dirty and not enough towels are provided.

It took 5 minutes to get the water warmed up to take a shower. Thank god no one else wanted to shower or else we would have had a problem. The breakfast included is more like apples, bread, coffee, yogurt and orange juice. My kids we're dissapointed.
