Positives:
We specifically enjoy that this establishment allows for smoking on the property. The morning staff was wonderful and very accommidating. Tthe continental breakfast was also a plus.
Negatives:
I did not like that my orginal reservation for the *Smoking* King deluxe suite( which was 2 rms). After confirming my reservation only yo find that that room was given to someone else and I was forced to redo the reservation.
Upon check in the room was not cleaned. The toilet had stains and urine on the rim and the bathroom floor still had ashes fromt the precious occupant. The bedroom floor itself still had debris and the dresser had crumbs.
The night desk representative was short and not very accommodating, she couldn't answer questions or inquiries dealing with my concerns.
