I liked the front desk staff. Very friendly. The room with the fireplace was perfect for the cold days and nights. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
Negatives:
Our bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Dirty towels were hanging on the shower curtain rod. There were no toiletries when we arrived, the shower was not wiped down. When reported the next morning, they said they would clean it that day. They did not. They cleaned it the following day on their normal schedule. They listed that they would clean the rooms every other day, but the every other day did not hold true when we were checking out the following day. So we only had one room cleaning in five days when the room wasnt initially cleaned, it seemed like, the first time.

The suite was spacious and well equipped. It was nicely updated and decorated. It was in an easy to find location and was pretty quiet, which I enjoyed. The water pressure in the shower was quite nice.
Negatives:
The bathroom door didn't close, it needed some shaved off the bottom because it scraped the floor. Also, the bottom drawer in the kitchen wouldn't open. It must've been stuck on a pot lid or something.

The hotel is overall comfortable, and the room was clean, besides one little mishap. We had a fireplace room, and it made such a difference in keeping us warm.
Negatives:
One of the sheets on the bed was actually a dirty.Also ,I had called the hotel before hand to clarify something about my reservation and the lady on the phone sounded a bit condescending, additionally , I think I was supposed to get some perk as a Hilton Honors members, and I was not offered, good customer service seems to be selective in my opinion, but I am glad that did not impede my trip.
