My heater didn’t work so I had to wait for them to fix it. I already arrived late, so that was frustrating. The next morning I did not have hot water. Not a great way to start my business trip.

They charged my card 3,different times and never would give my money back and the pool was cold as heck and it said it was heated when it wasent then I asked them why my card was charged 3times I couldn't get an answer b.c I guess no one could speak English good enough and there was another couple at the front desk complaining that there card was charged 3 times I have talked to my bank and the company just will not give me the money back I don't mean chump change I mean like 300 dollars over charged then they never told me any thing about a pet charge so we took our dog to our room they told me that I needed to come down and pay a pet deposit for the dog which was fine but then they said well the room you have isnt allowed dogs in and that we may have to move u they didnt move us but they were going to and they seen us walk right past the front desk with the dog like 3 to 4 timed before ever giving me the room and complaing about the dog this is one of worst experiences i ever had

The second floor where we stayed smelled absolutely horrendous as well as the AC unit was so loud all night we got absolutely no sleep very disappointing. Not sure what happened as we stayed here about a month ago and had a wonderful experience. Will think twice about staying again.

room was very nice and comfortable. Shower was clean and nice with ample shampoo. Room was also larger than i expected with a nice seating area and desk.

Not a whole lot that I didn't like. I was only there for a very short stay so I didn't take advantage of all the amenities. If there was anything bad, I would've let the front desk know.
