Valet parked my car out on the public street, in front of a fire hydrant. Was walking by it when I noticed my car the next day 14 hours later. Notified Valet and was told it would be moved to the private lot of the hotel. I had specifically changed hotels for better parking arrangements.

The gentleman that checked us in was incredible. Answered our questions, gave suggestions and genuinely seemed to care about why we were there (cheer competition) and wished our daughter good luck. The rest of the staff seemed just as friendly.

We did not have hot water therefore took cold showers at 5 am.
