The price and front entrance was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean.

What this place needs is an uplift. I stay here every year and I Ican see it's decline. What I'm mostly disappointed about is the hot tub and pool. I stay here particularly for these imimities.The hottub was broken down with some water left in it (about half full) and the poool was nice and warm but did not look clean and was not clear. Hot tubs and pools need to be taken care of and the area around them did not look clean.
