The heat did not work. When staff was told about it in the morning, they issued a verbal apology, but thats all. No offer of compensation nor any indication that they would fix it.

Cheap, convenient location, check in and out was a breeze. Room was spacious and they offer microwave, coffee maker, fridge too.

Its a good motel for the price. Family owned and appears they are doing their best. Bathroom can use updating.

How much space there was, the water pressure, the breakfast was good and convenient, the ladies were so nice!
Negatives:
Its not that I did not like it but I think the front desk lady had bought the place and was trying to improve it her self so she prob just hadnt gotten around to some things yet but the smoke alarm needed batteries as it was beeping.

Nice hotel staff Clean, safe. They might need to do some weatherproofing, I could see some light between the door frame and wall.

The driveway may need some repairs, it was a little bumpy driving to my room.

Did not mention there was a $20 nightly pet fee. Reserved a king bed had 2 queens. Heater was hard to start. Exhaust fan in bath didnt work so it set off smoke detector. NEVER AGAIN!
