The location to the interstate is nice the breakfast and the restaurant were great.

The pillows were small and flat very disappointing. The water pressure was weak I barely got a trickle out of the shower head. The water was hot though.

There was no hot water in my room. When I reported the issue during checkout, the staff was already aware of it. I should have been told this at check-in. Them knowing this was an issue and not telling guests checking in is inexcusable. Skip this place!

The rooms are in need of an update. Mattress is very old and not comfortable at all.

Manager was helpful. Beds were comfy. Room was clean.

No hot water on 1st night. Fron desk employee said there was nothing he could do and left it at that. I was not impressed. When we returned that evening, we learned hot water heater broke. It was fixed n we had hot water that night.

This is a very clean and well-maintained hotel located in Kirkwood MO, 18 minute drive to downtown St. Louis. The hotel is modern and kept very neat. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a person attending.

I loved that this hotel was much more refreshed, accessible to downtown St.Louis and allowed multiple eating options compared to other comparable hotels in this class. The staff was helpful and everything was pleasant.
Negatives:
I would love to see to better water pressure and temperature in the bathroom

Close to stores and restaurants. Super friendly staff and good breakfast.

The only negative were that the drain in the tub went back up and there was no microwave in the room.
