I desk clerk was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Room was large and well appointed. There is a chilli's restaurant attached to the hotel.
Negatives:
The only thing I can think of is possibly having a ramp by the rear entrance. Parking in front was almost full so I parked around back. There are 4 stairs down to the entrance

The gentleman on reception was great. The accommodation was adequate .

Bathroom was small for 3 persons. The carpet needed a clean. The breakfast was basic. The breakfast attendant was rude and discourteous. More training needed for this person to carry out her role properly.

Although it was not the staff’s fault at all, there was an issue with water and when we first checked in, we were told there was no hot water. We decided to spend the night anyway, and went about our routine for the city. By the time we returned to our room later in the afternoon, there was NO water, neither hot nor cold. Plus the repairmen working on it were right next to our room, talking and banging away with tools. It was very loud. We finally couldn’t take it anymore and went to another hotel. It was no one’s fault and I felt sorry for the staff and manager who were doing the best they could.
